Refer-A-Colleage Program
We believe that great educators like you help make Insight Early Learning an amazing place, and we’d love to have more talented individuals join our team!
How it works:
- To refer a colleague, simply email your Centre Director with the applicant’s resume and specify the position(s) they are applying for.
- Make sure the applicant you refer includes your name in their application.
- All referrals will go through our standard recruitment process.
- There is no limit to the number of colleagues you can refer.
- Only one referrer can be credited for each candidate, and bonuses will not be shared between multiple employees.
- If the same candidate is referred by multiple people, the first submission (following the correct process) will be eligible for the reward.
- Once your referred applicant is hired and successfully completes their 6-month probation period, you’ll receive your reward.
- Bonuses are processed through Payroll and subject to taxes or applicable deductions.
- You must still be employed by Insight Early Learning when the bonus is paid.
- Reward amounts may vary depending on the role and are determined by Insight Early Learning.
- Insight Early Learning reserves the right to modify or withdraw the program at any time.
This Program Excludes:
- Applicants who have already submitted their resumes.
- Current or former interns, temporary workers, or casual educators at Insight.
- Applicants referred by recruitment agencies or other external sources.
