We’re thrilled to share that our dedicated educators at Insight Early Learning Joondalup have been actively engaging in professional development through recent workshops on Behaviour Management and “What’s My Role?”
Our key takeaways from the Behaviour Management workshop include effective strategies for promoting positive behaviour in children, techniques for understanding and addressing challenging behaviours, and the importance of building strong relationships to foster a supportive learning environment.
This also served to remind us that our roles as educators is to create a safe and nurturing environment for our children, and to support their social and emotional development by fostering open communication and collaborating with colleagues to enhance learning experiences.
